Welcome to Brownstone!

This home is set up with one of the best views of the lake!!! Located at the 34.5 MM, this 3,636 sq ft, 4 bedroom (plus loft), 4 bath home is the perfect place if you want to relax and create an unforgettable vacation! It has a private 2 well dock situated in a no wake cove and is very close to Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill. Inside you will be amazed at all of the features: including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ice machine, and a wine refrigerator. The closets are extra large and even have a bunk beds in one of them for additional sleeping quarters for children. The view from every room is amazing! Inviting palm trees add that special touch as you take in the view on the wrap around porch.

House includes 28' and 38' dock slips, Wi-Fi, Netflix, 5 TVs, blu-ray DVD player, Sonos sound to play music from your devices, surround sound, wet bar, wine refrigerator, ice machine, and floor to ceiling windows offering spectacular views and natural light. The patio offers relaxing seating to enjoy the view of the water.
2 Gas grills and a Blackstone Griddle for outdoor cooking.
All bath towels, kitchen towels, bed linens included. Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soaps, trash bags, and laundry soap are also provided for your convenience.

Located near the Hurricane Deck Bridge off of Hwy 5, this house is conveniently located 5 minutes from Woods Supermarket and 15 minutes to Walmart Supercenter. Several area restaurants and bars are located within a short boating or driving distance and include Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill, Bear Bottom’s Bar & Grill (with waterslides for little and “big” kids), Cannon Smoke Saloon, Branding Iron Bar & Grill, Larry’s on the Lake, and Fish & Company. For those looking for boat and PWC rentals, Pirate’s Point is conveniently located on the same lake road.

Great Family House
All four of our kids brought a friend plus my wife and I made 10 of us in the house and it wasn't crowded at all. Plenty to do in the house and we weren't on top of each other. The outside was perfect!!! The sunrises were BEAUTIFUL. I enjoyed coffee outside every morning. Sound system in the house was very easy to use on the Sonos App. Overall great House. Will likely stay again.Josh H

Excellent
Overall it was great, listing was accurate and we had wonderful views of the lake. The sound system was really nice for music and the game room was loads of fun. The place had plenty of space and parking wasn't bad for 4 cars.

Great stay with family & friends
The house is wonderful. Well stocked with anything you need. Best view of the lake. It was a great 3 day stay with 16 of us. There was plenty of room and tons of entertainment for the kids. We will definitely be back.

This house was absolutely beautiful & spacious. I loved how you could sit in the hot tub & look out at the lake. The views were spectacular from just about every bedroom. Oh & the beds were so comfortable. We also enjoyed the game room & the surround sound. We plan to make this a yearly get away.

Family get away
I would give this property a 5 stars the check in process was so smooth when we arrived at the house it was exactly how described on the listing but even better when in person the location is great and the view is phenomenal!! Everything was perfect the hot tub was so clean and refreshing !! Plenty of room we had 4 adults 5 teenagers and 2 kids under 5! There were so many pans to choose from while cooking. We used the grill plenty of times during the stay if your looking to get away and relax for a weekend I would definitely book with anything this property is amazing!!! He also gifted a bottle of wine!! We will definitely be back!

Great lakeside stay for groups!
Our family of 10 (2 infants) stayed at the Brownstone house and it had everything we needed for our family. Plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms, and seating. Lots of games and activities to keep us busy all weekend long. Short drive to the grocery store to stock up and just down from the honkytonk bar. The home itself and the view were just immaculate

Beautiful
This house was so cool and so beautiful! It was super clean as well and so well thought out with the decor and game room and cute game loft area. The outside deck with hot tub had such a beautiful view and was so relaxing. Anthony is always a great host. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this house.

This house is perfect! My wife and i stayed here for valentine's day weekend. Just so happened to be called valentine's point! Lol. Everything was exactly how the pictures showed! We will be bringing our children back sometime this summer!

Girls Trip
We had an amazing stay. There were nine of us on a weekend girls trip. The view was beautiful. The sound system was built in and we loved that . The kitchen was very accommodating and there was an extra fridge in the game room if we needed it. The sleeping situation worked out well for our size. Check in and check out was a breeze and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this place. Kids would love it for all the games as well!

Outstanding!!!
We looked for a place that we could have my wife’s 50th bday party and a place we found! We loved it!! The view, the rooms, the games! The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook!! The deck was great with the grills, firepit and hot tub! Everyone decided that we should come back every year so it looks like we are going to try!!!! Parking was a little tricky but other than that, this place was OUTSTANDING!!!

The BEST!
This property was a perfect get away for our group of 7, for a long weekend birthday celebration! Even with snow and near sub zero temperatures, we enjoyed our time cooking together in a well appointed kitchen, playing board games and watching movies in the spacious open areas of the dining and great rooms, playing in the game room, and just relaxing. The hot tub was also a great addition to our experience. The bedrooms were fantastic with nice beddings - don’t be put off by the bunk beds in this house, they were very comfortable too. I imagine we will return to this property again in the future.

Unbelievably great!!
So, when we first found this property on VRBO we thought it was too good to be true because of the price and the quality of the property. We booked anyway and let me tell you, this place was phenomenal!! The pictures really made the place look enticing but they didn't do this property justice!! My family was blown away by the quality of this property and the hosts friendly nature! They were very accommodating and the property so far exceeded our expectations that I couldn't even believe it. We will be staying here again when we visit the Ozarks in the spring or summer for sure!!! If I could give 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough!!!

Perfect Getaway Spot!Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! Thanksgiving family reunion at Sunrise Beach, Lake of the Ozarks
The property was fantastic. We visited during off-peak season but still had a wonderful time. The property is on a peninsula so surrounded on 3 sides by water with plenty of windows to enjoy the views. The kitchen was comfortable and well-equipped for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The game room kept the kids (and adults) entertained. Our group of 16 all slept comfortably. Favorite part might have been T-day "polar plunge" off the private dock. Antho y was a great host and very accessible and communicative.

Perfect lake house
This house was exactly as listed and was perfect for our group. We had 13 adults visiting for a long weekend in the off season. Check in and check out were the easiest I have ever Walt with at the Lake. It was a beautiful house with lots of windows and views of the lake. We will definitely be back!!

Must stay! Absolutely love this place.
The host is absolutely wonderful the house is amazing. I rented this Vrbo for a girl cousins annual trip. My cousins could not stop telling me how much they loved this place. First off there is a game room. It’s located in the garage and the garage door is glass so the first thing you see is the game room with a big screen tv. They have a golf game, air hockey, pool table with ping pong table top, a hunting game, and pub style poker table with a full size fridge. Then you enter the living room and there is another large screen tv in a beautiful custom made entertainment center. They have a large comfy leather sofa and recline and a bar with a whine refrigerator, ice maker and small sink. The kitchen is behind the living room and agaim absolutely gorgeous. There is a bedroom off of the kitchen and a full bathroom. The deck has grill, flattop , hot tub, fire pit and the coolest light fixture that are metal palm trees. Large 2 boat dock with lily pad. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with bathroom and huge comfortable bed with a trundle bed that is also comfortable. Another room with a double bed that connects to a bathroom. Through the bathroom is another bedroom with bunkbeds a d a closet big enough for another bunkbed. The bunk beds are double beds. More than enough room for 15 people. The lost upstairs has another day bed and pacman game. We were here during off season and honestly didn’t even need to leave the house except for groceries and a boat ride. Amazing

Amazing lakefront house and host
