Holiday guests will be delighted to step into this beautiful and modern seaside home. All that is needed is to unpack, relax, put your feet up and forget about life for a while.

An attractive two story 5 bedroom house located in the highly desirable southern end of Golden Beach with heaps to offer.

The master bedroom boasts direct access to the balcony with water views, a modern kitchen with a gas cooktop and large oven, upstairs & downstairs living areas and outdoor, 2 full bathrooms, and undercover entertaining area Bbq and a brand new sparkling swimming pool for all to enjoy.

You will also enjoy the added extras of a large family room, coffee machine, a high chair and portacot for your use.

Two outdoor security cameras have been installed near the front side of the house and the garage door for your security.

The suburb has some lovely walking paths that wrap the shoreline of Pumicestone Passage with views of Bribie Island.

A boat ramp is conveniently located just around the corner making it easy to enjoy the day cruising down the passage.

Only a few minutes drive to all amenities such as the Pelican Waters shopping precinct and emerging town centre and marina, or drive north to the Cbd of Caloundra with a choice of beaches, cafes, restaurants and a variety of shopping.

Please note - there is no garage access for guests at this property but secure parking inside the electric gate under the shade sail plus on-street parking is available.

Great family home
We just loved this house. Great parking, large rooms, smart TV'S, huge fridge, well stocked kitchen. We had our family of 6 plus grandparents and enough space for more.
