“This hotel is superior to the chains with which we are all familiar. Service is great. Our room was comfortable. The art that we could see was engaging. (Our stay coincided with a change over in some galleries.). We could walk to the location of the event we were in town to attend. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.”

“The hotel West Baden is awesome they have 24 hour trolley that runs every 15 minutes and will take you anywhere in the area.”

“Went for my wife’s birthday. Hotel was okay…. Nothing fancy. Like the location of being next to 4th Street Live…. Did NOT like that every time we went in or out we were approached by homeless wanting money or cigarettes. (Eight different men). Would not have felt safe sending my wife out alone (or if we brought our kids). Bar area was too crowded to even get our complementary drinks. Like I said…. Okay stay, nothing overly impressive about the place. ”

“Inizialmente mi avevano dato una camera rumorosa (due enormi condizionatori fuori dalla camera), dopo aver reclamato mi hanno spostato in una camera più silenziosa. La sera ho chiesto di riscaldarmi il latte del biberon di mia figlia e l'unico modo è stato di inviarmi il micro onde in camera dopo oltre 45 minuti (non vi dico le urla di mia figlia). Cosa mai vista.”

“Good value. Older facilities but clean. Breakfast was like you find most places with hot food etc. All other places nearby were double the price. ”
