“We have a family of 10 and this house was perfect for us. There was entertainment for all ages. Large areas for everyone to gather but also gave everyone their own space. Loved watching movies while swimming in the pool. Host was excellent to work with and process was easy. ”

“This was a very smooth experience from start to finish, and the home was very clean and comfortable. Communication was great! The property is a well maintained traditional lake house that is convenient to the lake and town. Would definitely rent again!”

“Great property, love that it is walkable! Having the garage door opener was a huge plus (especially as it’s winter). Would recommend, and definitely stay again - thank you! ”

“What a great place for a family get away. We had 10 in the group and there were plenty of spaces to enjoy. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to both beach and pool. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay again. ”

“Me and four of my friends went for the weekend for our annual girls trip. The space was perfect as it could accommodate all of us with our own room and bed. Is decorated really cute. The location is unbeatable. We parked in the lot and never got back in our cars the whole weekend. There is some noise at night out in the parking lot from people leaving the bars, so that was a bit annoying.”

Tim & Bethany from Grand Welcome were amazing, and so were the Abbey Springs Team. A very stressful post-check-in brief window of time, turned into a relaxing and enjoyable long weekend for me and my family. Cannot say enough great things about all invovled!”

“We needed a two night stay to attend a family outing near by. This worked perfectly, we brought our dog on his first short trip and everything was so easy. The main floor plan is spacious with laminate flooring which was very nice. The upstairs bedrooms are comfortable. The home is situated near a gas station which creates some noice, but after the first night I didn’t notice it. Mike the host is great, responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“This place was amazing. Located right in the center of it all. Communication was easy and everything was in order. The accommodations were clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The deck outside is amazing. It was a little chilly (November) however during the sunny daytime hours we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. This location is so close to everything. “My family and I stayed at English Prarie BNB for Christmas in 2024 (i.e., 11 adults, 4 kids, 2 dogs). It was perfect!!! The host Mike was quite communicative and his attention to detail was second-to-none. The property felt like a home away from home. It was fully decorated for the holidays, complete with a tree and holiday lights and red table runners and cute little candy cane drawer pulls and a hundred other small holiday-themed details all over the home which were so thoughtful!!!
