“I gave this four stars because I found three bugs crawling in my room on the ceiling. Also, the inside of my window had a lot of condensation so much that the floor in front of the window was wet.”

“We stayed in December and Our room’s heater was not working. They moved us to a suite. It must have been the honeymoon suite - it had swan towels on the bed with a box of chocolates, an ice bucket with a bottle of champagne in the fridge and a soda tub. This was perfect since our 30 year anniversary was in 2 weeks. ”

“Everything was good except the water was luke warm to shower. It was pretty uncomfortable to shower”
