“この宿泊施設はバラ園に囲まれた、300年前の歴史ある建物を見事に改装しています。部屋の内装は古い雰囲気を感じさせながらも、スマートなライトなどの現代的なアメニティも取り入れられ、ユニークな雰囲気が魅力的でした。 温かいスタッフのおもてなし。 スタッフ全員が本当に優しい方々で、雪の日には傘を持って出迎えてくれました。その心遣いに感動し、滞在中ずっと暖かい気持ちで過ごせました。 愛らしい犬ちゃんの存在。 施設にはとてもかわいらしい犬ちゃんがおり、その存在が滞在をよりほっこりとしたものにしてくれました。特に犬ちゃんと遊ぶ時間は思い出深いものになりました。 特別な食事体験 夕食ではイタリア料理を楽しむことができ、特にイノシシの焼肉は絶品でした。 朝ごはんは和食で、特に自家製のジャムが絶品でした。地元の食材を使った贅沢な朝食は、日本の美味しさを満喫できました。 特別なイベントの演出 宿泊日が彼女の誕生日だったため、事前にケーキのリクエストをしました。スタッフの方々は心を込めてケーキを用意してくれ、彼女も大変喜んでくれました。特別な瞬間を演出してもらえて感激です。 ”

“The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous and in a stunning part of Japan. We rented a car in Matsumoto and used the guesthouse as a base for visiting Kamikochi. The hotel is bright and cheery. The rooms are a generous size. The futons comfortable. Perhaps the best thing of all was the private onsen. The dining options around are a little limited- very few are open at night. There are more soba lunch options but we were out walking. We went to both Abbey Road and Springbank which were fine. ”

“We had to walk through narrow winding steps to the room. If you have a large suitcase, you may have hard time. I expected a local Japanese family to welcome us because I was going to aske some advice and suggestions but it was a Chinese famly. So I did not ask them. Another thing we were not happy about was this Chinese lady asked my husband passport. She made a copy of it. Not only that I had to write my information on the paper and signed it.
