“Because of travel delays getting to the property, bad information on the location of the property, and only a three hour window for check in I was not able to find or check into the property. “This hotel is a bit off the beaten track and hard for taxi drivers to find. But the price to value was great. The food was quality of a five star chef while the price was totally affordable. The room was small but cozy and clean. The bedding was Filipino standard foam mattress but again clean and comfortable for me. ”

“When I booked the hotel I booked the picture with 2 beds, and of course, when I got to the hotel, it wasn't correct. If I was a business lawyer I would monitor this unethical practice and sue the guilty party, either hotels.com or the hotel owners. Either way I hold hotels.com responsible because you know it's happening, this isn't the first time I've dealt with you guys about this. The room was a typical room, but I slept on the floor, because you know, false advertising. The staff was great...
