“Air conditioner and wifi is very good. And also stuff were very kind. Even better if the bathrooms are clean.”

“Very clean hotel. Good WiFi. Did not use their restaurant. Only negative was, the shower was blocked and the water back flowed to the sink. I mentioned it to them. Hope they fix it. But other wise no complaints. Comfortable beds. Very close to all the temples. ”

“I have been staying here for almost seven years. It is close to the airport and inexpensive. The hotel is not fancy, but it is very clean and maintained. Rooms have been fixed and painted freshly sometime recently, so the room looked fresh. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the a/c that I ordered was not possible in the room I was given, but I was given a good discount to make up for that error, and the fan kept things fine overnight. “The Ibex property has one of the best views in all of Coonoor. We visited some of the higher end hotels and found that the views did not compare to that of Ibex. The bungalow is a old heritage style, gorgeous bungalow , the staff is very very sweet and helpful, and it's very worth the price! They even provide a good breakfast, games and books on request, and gave us a little goodbye token which was so warm and loving! ”

“The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The service was just ok. The property belongs to an old couple. Their breakfast starts at 8.30am which is late for us travellers. Though it was already included in the package i had to leave the hotel without breakfast as i left at 8am. The owner had proposed that at 7.30am he could provide us with bread, butter and jam.
