“Tutto lo staff è davvero gentile e cordiale, sempre a disposizione per aiutarti. Il check in è stato incredibilmente veloce ed hanno portato le valigie direttamente in camera. La spiaggia era piena di alghe, per questo tutto il giorno c’erano degli addetti alla pulizia. Ottimo i frullati nel bar più piccolo. Staff animazione super!!! Consiglio questo hotel!!”

I received a message from the hotel through the Expedia app that informed the property was 20 miles away from the city in the middle of nowhere in Tulum. We immediately cancelled and made other arrangements. This is false advertising and misleading, and just shady. ”
