“Questo posto è la definizione nel vocabolario di magico. Tutto il personale è estremamente gentile e accomodante, le camere sono spaziose e pulite, la colazione con vista è un sogno. ”

“Albergo non "recente", camere non pulite al 100%. Personale alla reception gentile ma al mattino, dopo la colazione (ero uscito di camera senza portafogli), per noi compresa nella prenotazione il cameriere con fare molto arrogante ed indisponente ha detto più volte ad alta voce "no mancia? Ah grazie no mancia grazie". In imbarazzo ho risposto che essendo uscito di fretta di camera non avevo portafogli.. Ma la figura che si è permesso di fare proprio non mi è piaciuta. Non lo consiglio.”

“Struttura a dieci kilometri da Tulum. Se cercate una spiaggia da film prenotate. Mettete, però, in contro che siete a dieci minuti dal centro e un quarto d'ora dalla zona hotelier. Per il resto starete in un posto pazzesco, perché dormite su una spiaggia che non troverete da nessuna parte a Tulum”

Clemente, il padrone del ristorante e' una persona molto gentile ed affabile ed il cibo che abbiamo mangiato e' stato sempre di ottimo gusto. Il mare e' molto bello, anche se in quei giorni c'erano le alghe ogni mattina il personale le toglieva. “We felt so lucky to have our time at Casa Altimar! It's a sweet little boutique (gem) of a place that we'd certainly hope to travel back to. The friendly atmosphere, delicious food and gorgeous views for days along with the hammocks, sporting gear and loungers was just perfect! Thank you so much for a relaxing time.”

“The place is absolute magic, and the staff are amazing! Breakfast was excellent. We loved the private pool in our suite, and how quiet it was, even though there is a beach club with a DJ just close by. Bring bug spray, and water. Rent a car to get there. It's a super unique, awesome experience. Will be returning ”

“Tutto lo staff è davvero gentile e cordiale, sempre a disposizione per aiutarti. Il check in è stato incredibilmente veloce ed hanno portato le valigie direttamente in camera. La spiaggia era piena di alghe, per questo tutto il giorno c’erano degli addetti alla pulizia. Ottimo i frullati nel bar più piccolo. Staff animazione super!!! Consiglio questo hotel!!”

“Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise. Would definitely recommend and reconsider coming back ”

“I booked this place for my bachelorette trip for our group of 14 and it was absolutely amazing!!! The listing doesn’t mention this but there’s someone guarding the community (at least during the day) which was a nice surprise! We had asked Mari if there were any disposable cups and she said no but went out and got them for us, she also did a few pieces of laundry for us for a small fee. It was great to have her and Jose near the property. She doesn’t speak English but we had a Spanish speaker...

"The resort is outstanding, well maintened and well located. I've loved the room, but the bathroom smelled so bad. I've noticed the reception, but they would not change the room. That's the only thing i have to complain. The food wasn't good in the italian (not italian) restaurant and in the asiatic. I've loved the cafes and the buffet, i strongly suggest both. The price-quality is perfect"

"Siamo rimasti molto male di non avere luce nel saloncino della nostra stanza che era una Junior Suite abbiamo soggiornato per due periodi nella stessa stanza e riscontrato lo stesso problema la prima volta hanno rimediato con una lampada ma la seconda no. "

"Friendly staff, good food, high-level restaurants. Unfortunately poor cleaning, both in the aisles and elevators and in the rooms (required to change the pillowcases twice because they were dirty). "
