“We were given a random compliant art upgrade and in accepting it I informed the team member we were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. To our surprise and delight there was a chilled bottle of Pipers sparkling wine awaiting us with a handwritten card of congratulations. This was a personal touch that we very much appreciated. Thanks for making our stay extra special. The room quality and the restaurant experience were superb. ”
