Enorme proiettato in terrazza. Spazioso ed estremamente pulito .. Tranquillo e lontano dall'autostrada. Ospita 4-5 persone. Godetevi la grande piscina sull'oceano, i barbecue sulla spiaggia e l'accesso gratuito al bellissimo Founders Park. Rilassati, cenare e bere sotto uno dei rifugi tiki o visitare uno dei tanti ristoranti e bar sul lungomare. Oceanfront mm 90, piantagione chiave. Libri molto velocemente. Prenota presto!

Spectacular View
You could not find a better place to sit and watch the sunrise. Dolphins and pelicans occasionally distract you from the dawn. Despite its great location and proximity to restaurants and activities, you really don't need to leave the living room (it was abnormally cold when we were there) or the porch to be entirely entertained.

The view is awesome!
When I go to all the trouble of actually writing a review, I’m going to be totally honest (& maybe a little picky.)We absolutely positively LOVED the view.The weather was cool (by FL standards) the week we stayed, and there was no hot tub although I saw “hot tub”somewhere on the listing. But the pool was heated. Nice 2 person kayak was available with life vests. I really enjoyed chilling & reading on the balcony & looking at the ocean & birds. The condominium has a modern recently renovated gym, library and games room. Outside there is plenty of room to lay out at the pool and there are tiki huts where you can sit/eat in the shade too.Excellent communication from the owner. They were very nice.I have a bad back, but the bed in the master BR was good. The twin beds in the other BR are probably okay for kids. LR sofa & chairs were comfortable. Unit itself could use some wear & tear touch-up painting, etc., but that’s minor. Oven was brand new. There was a coffee maker and also a Keurig-type, which was great because we use both.Wish list - I cook, and mentioned to the owner that a lidded Pyrex and/or Corning-ware casserole would be a plus. But I was able to manage with pans, of which there were plenty. A bigger, more powerful microwave would have been nice for a cook like me, but I know most people on vacation eat out. Conclusion - We really enjoyed staying in this unit & would stay again. The view is wonderful.

Enjoyment
The condo location was excellent. The balcony was the highlight no doubt. We stayed 12 days and we enjoyed every single day. Michael is an excellent host—extremely helpful and courteous. We have already booked our stay for next year. Thank you Mike.

Great view and location
This was a great property to stay at. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the deck and the view of the ocean. It was also a great location to restaurants and activities.

Better than discribed!
If anyone is a birder, this location has so much to offer just from the balcony. The condo is situated to deliver amazing sunrises, complete privacy, impeccable grounds, excellent location, most comfortable accommodations, completely stocked kitchen for the traveling gourmet, free admission to the nearby Founders Park .We loved our stay and look forward to our next visit. Host was outstanding!!

Left homeless
We tried to check in, had not receive the additional email we needed to get in so had to request person behind us back up out of gate to let him in until we reached owner by phone. Keys were missing (unknown where they were). Place needed to be totally redone: dated, paint peeling, hand prints on walls and doors, grease on stove, furnace room loaded with dirt. Host did communicate with us effectively. We decided to leave to be comfortable.

Direct great ocean view
Loved the spacious balcony. Nice pool. Did not like could not adjust A/C left it on afraid to adjust as note said $50 if it freezes up. Liked the kitchen and living area. Nice bath and shower. Light over stove not working. Great location and would recommend this place and give it a positive rating.

Happy returning renter!!
Great location—-beautiful property—-very clean—-owner quick to answer questions. We have stayed here multiple times and will keep coming back. Close to everything and the sunrise mornings with a cup of coffee on the balcony are priceless!!

A little slice of paradise
We spent 5 days at the condo. Best sun rises and very quiet. Had the pool to ourself most days. Easy to get around from this locations. Recommend to anyone looking awesome break away.

Great stay and great property!
We had a wonderful stay. The host was terrific.. very timely with communications, the check in/check out process was smooth and no issues at all. Good location if you want to explore the keys, yet still be a reasonable distance from Miami and south beach.

Really good property, great location but needs some TLC
Overall, the property is exactly as listed in the description. Location is great and in a safe area. The view from the unit was as described ... lovely. When we first entered my initial impression was wow...this place is clean. However, as the days progressed, I realized the "clean" was more of a surface clean. For example, tiles in the shower floor had pink discoloration from bacteria which can happen in bathrooms. It wiped off easily with toilet paper but what it did tell me is they aren't cleaning well enough. The backs of several of the doors were smudged/dirty. The hall closet had significant build of dust on the slats. Did the world come to an end because of this no but the cleaning services could pay more attention to the details. When I asked my husband his thoughts, he just said the unit was very dated. Dated in that it looks like someone bought it in the 90's, put in furniture and hadn't reinvested in the property since then. Of course, my husband would notice things from a home maintenance side. The owners could upgrade some simple things in this unit to make it more up to date and this unit would be phenomenal. The owners were prompt, communicative and kind. Not at all saying don't rent this unit but it could be so much more. Only other thing my husband noticed with the freezer didn't get cold enough to keep popsicles frozen. So overall, if you need a home base while in the Keys, with a lovely view and fairly affordable then this unit is perfect.

We love the Florida Keys!
We had an amazing time. The condo was pefect for our family! The location is nice because it isn't too bad of a drive to get anywhere in the keys. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfectocation and great location amenities
Our family of 4 had a great time in the keys and this was the perfect home base for the week. Kids (8 and 4 y.o. ) enjoyed the onsite pool, beach, and rec room. Easy drive to Pennekamp and Harris Parks. And short trip to Islander Girl Charters and Conch Republic for boat trip and diving. The condo was clean and comfortable, plenty of kitchen items for making meals, nice view from the balcony, and overall quiet and calm property. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Tavernier holiday
We sat out on the balcony every morning drinking our coffee. The view was gorgeous and it was very peaceful. The pool at the complex was a very nice size with a 9’ deep end. Only a few people used the pool which made it very enjoyable - not crowded at all. And because of that, we never made it to Founders Park. Also, we weren’t sure that we had the correct documentation to be able to get access. Maybe that should be included in the listing or at least with the check in information. We found only a couple of weathered loungechairs for the beach, which was ok since it was only the 2 of us. Just noting since the unit is a 2 bedroom so there might be more than 2 people. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Awesome Place!
We loved this place! Great view of the ocean/beach, we loved hanging out on the deck! Its even bigger than it looks in pictures. Coffee, breakfast and stargazing. We even had entertainment with the new osprey family. The condo was very clean and decoration was nice, well provisioned. Michael was probably the best host I have ever worked with, extremely fast to reply to my emails and the check in and out was well detailed

Beautiful, relaxing vacation spot
We spent a lot of time out on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view and watching the birds, fish and iguanas. It was so quiet and peaceful. Everyone we met was very friendly. The condo is not new but everything worked properly and the mattress was comfortable. We played ping pong and other games in the rec room which was recently nicely renovated. Michael was friendly and answered questions promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.
