“Excellent rental. It's a newer listing and could use some small tweaks but it was great otherwise. Check in was easy peasy, communication from the property manager was prompt, and amenities were exactly as described. There were even a few unexpected extras that were convenient. The house is wired strangely in some spots and could use some more labeling for switches. The converted garage/bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house (as expected) and needed an extra fan which was actually...

“Communication was great with host, he responded quickly on text about any questions I had. Check in and check out was a breeze! House was clean when we arrived and had no issues whatsoever. Would recommend for a group of friends. ”

“Lovely home, nice and clean. I was a little upset that there was no regular TV, we missed most of the game Texans vs Chiefs, and did not find any silverware. Overall stay, we were pleased.”

“It was awesome! we had an amazing time with the family, it was perfect it had enough rooms, beds, and bathrooms for our 34 people, kitchen was big enough for the ladies to cook big meals. the gazebo was great with all the grills, we did a lot of cooking outdoors. Swimming pool and spa was in use every day. Took a lot of pictures for memories and the view of the outdoors was so pretty. We will be back, we loved it! :)”
