“We had an excellent stay and I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cleanliness of the room. Overall, it was clean but the bathroom had the previous occupant’s hairs. When I called to alert housekeeping of it, they were sympathetic and came to clean but somehow still didn’t clean the bathroom. In the end, I had to look at the other person’s hairs on the shower wall every time I used it. Other than that, the place was amazing. ”
