“Staff was great and easy access to downtown.”

“Overall stay was positive. However, the staff was not overly friendly and gave a pretentious vibe. Seemed annoyed with questions. Coffee shop in the lobby was nice but again staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Filling stations of water were convenient during cold and dry weather. Nice touch of Prosecco for NYE was appreciated. Rooftop was cool but closed early, before 2:00am, on NYE after people paid entrance fee to attend. ”

“Hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. Will stay here again when in Nashville.”

“Not a bad spot to stay if you are going to the convention center (10 minute walk down hill). Broadway street is a short walk. The views from the 26th floor bar are worth the visit. They charge you a $25 fee every day but give you a food credit if items are charged to your room. $65 is a lot for parking each day but across the street is a $40 a day parking lot and the convention center is $35. ”

“Beautiful hotel! Stay often. Always a very nice stay especially solo. Safe walk inside to Assembly Food Hall and Broadway. Nice bars and good breakfast ”
