“The view was great. It is in 10 to 30 minutes of places I wanted to visit. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me with the personal items I needed. I didn't need to use the Kayaks or pontoon that they rent to use on Lake Laural. The only drawback is no beach.”

“This nice motel by a lovely creek has great beds (not too hard, not too soft) and quality soaps and shampoos. Breakfast from 8 to 10am includes fresh strawberries and blueberries, oranges, apples, pears, and bananas, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins and toast. Coffee was good plus orange juice and milk were available. And if you are so inclined, fresh baked chip cookies were also available. Service was personal and friendly.
