“The property was really clean and everything Was perfectly managed.”

“An assigned parking space was nice. The beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was nice. We were able to cook some of our meals. My daughter-in-law had to work 2 days we were there the designated desk and work space with lots of plugins for equipment was very nice. It was easy to find and get around from. We visited the Reagan Library., Santa Barbara, Ojai, The Getty and UCLA.”

“Guest house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in good proximity to Santa Monica activities (beach, pier, etc). Walking distance to Montana businesses including whole foods grocery, Vons and trader Joe's are a short drive away. The space itself is clean and pretty new. Has everything you need although the kitchen is fairly minimal and there are no cooking ingredients (oil, spices, etc) so bring your own but all pans pots utensils etc are provided and there's a dishwasher. The area is quiet...

“Everything was just perfect and exactly as described. Proximity to the car free main Street with many restaurants and movie theater within about five or six blocks.This apartment was the only one that was on the upper level so there was no one on either side and it was very quiet. There was a small balcony with two chairs where we could look out over the the rooftops and see the sunset .,light filledGreat decorssunsunselignight”

“Lovely space with full kitchen, dining and bath and a comfy full size bed. My only complaint is that due to the weather the space was very cold throughout. The one room heater provided in the front room is not sufficient. I had to turn on the oven and open the door to keep the chill out then turn it off once I went to bed. A recommendation: Maybe the owner can provide another heating source for the other part of the space. Aside from that, I do plan to come back.”

“Chris was quick to respond. The studio apartment was very comfortable and the owners had it equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. They had a Brita filled and waiting for us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Highly recommend.”

“This was a great duplex!! It was steps to the sandy beach. I enjoyed my stay, although I was in contact with the host everyday due to NO TV. So if you like a little tv to unwind, make sure they fixed the tv. I say if it’s not working, do not list it as a feature. This was 3 days of messages back and forth with no success. Thankfully I have family nearby and I was able to walk on the beach twice a day. ”
