“check in veloce, personale gentile, camera spaziosa e pulita”

“Ho prenotato, per 2 notti, 2 camere con letto matrimoniale e mi han dato 2 camere con letti singoli. Dopo la richiesta di avere la camera esatta, mi hanno dato una camera che odorava di vecchio, muffa. Ci siamo fatti spostare e ci hanno dato una camera già occupata, ci hanno spostato ancora in una camera adatta. Nulla di che la camera se non per il fatto che era in mezzo a due camere già occupate da persone che si conoscevano e che han fatto casino fino a notte fonda. Nel parcheggio è presente...

“The rooms and I say rooms because we had to refuse the first room which had faulty central heating, excessive water on bathroom floor and a bed with worn out mattresses. To add insult to injury they threaten to call the police instead of offering another room when my wife complained. The second room also had flooded bathroom, broken TV, faulty window and faulty heating we endured the three nights but will never return. ”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was freezing and no window in room!!! Very strange little room. There was a window which couldn’t open into the inside corridor! ”

“Posto strategico, ampio parcheggio, visto che eravamo in moto ci hanno fatto parcheggiare in un posto non visibile vicino al hotel, per la sicurezza del mezzo. Un plus alla cortesia del personale della reception. Stanze pulite e confortevoli. C'è la possibilità di una piscina coperta.”

“The room was as expected for the price we paid. Towels and bedding were good. A lovely view of the lake from our window. We were only there one night and just to sleep, so can't comment on other facilities.”

“Our room was first class as was the staff we met. We just had a small breakfast but that was also top class. Only one thing spoiled it and that was Experia charging £38 more than the actual cost of the room if we had booked a hotel room directly. We won’t be using Experia again lesson learned (book direct).”

“Staff lovely, food and service reasonable, and the fridge and microwave is a great bonus, as are the takeout hot sandwiches at Breakfast, but the room could be a lot cleaner, it's not nice finding lots of dust when looking behind bedside cupboards for sockets to plug chargers into, plus the carpet was filthy”

“Buona soluzione per chi è dotato di auto. Si raggiunge Greenwich incirca 30 minuti e di lì diventa tutto facile per visitare Londra. ”
