“Great breakfast! Kitchen included all necessary dishes and cooking equipment. Great access to beach and ocean view from room!”

“Would not stay there again. Restaurant closed/pool closed/hot tub closed. No toilet seat in bathroom. Moved rooms. Room smelled musty, hair in bathtub. No remote control. Bed was comfortable. Expensive for the price .”

“This place was convenient for us to stay on our travels through this area. The town is very small and not really any place to walk. The room was clean although somewhat small and dark. I might stay there again if it was convenient.”

“Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The furniture wasn't in good condition. The chair in our sitting area was peeling and needs replacement. We had the do not disturb sign on our door and housekeeping still knocked on our door well before checkout time and she had the do not disturb sign in her hand and asked when we would be leaving. We felt slightly rushed at that point and told her we would be out within the hour. We let the front desk know...

“Lovely place in quiet setting with just the sound of the ocean waves to lull us to sleep. Hospitable and attentive staff. Comfortable room with expansive view to ocean. Guest rooms in different corners of the lodge to give privacy. Generous breakfast. Pathway directly to beautiful beach. Would stay again if back in Newport area. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. My biggest disappointment was that I paid for an ocean view room, and really feel that what we were given was a partial view room, due to the next property over blocking the view. The breakfast offerings were good, but not well stocked, despite everything being in the kitchen just waiting to be put out. Even after the desk person returned they showed no interest in wanting to be sure breakfast items were put out. Overall we would likely stay again, but only if the price was...

“Breakfast was great! Location was very convenient to the aquarium and petting zoo! Staff was super helpful (Pete) and very kind! Beds are very comfortable and shower pressure is awesome!”

“We stayed one night in the Drama room. Very lovely themed hotel. Plenty of books to borrow and even a quiet library space on the top floor. Many options for food and shopping within walking distance. Be aware there is no elevator. Charming place.”

“This property was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were of various firmness. It is an older hotel so not may amenities but it was perfect for an economical place to stay for a weekend away.”

“The view & beach access was great , high bank , but stunning view, close to amazing restaurants- comfy bed, & pillows. Loved the fireplace and balcony. Soft warm cookies in the evening, staff recycled plastics for me, breakfast was grab and go, but they had almond milk. The staff were so kind, attentive, & so knowledgeable of the area etc. great weekend for us and our dog💖🐾”

“Hotel con camere tutte vista mare e spiaggia, non ha una hall (tipo motel) ma le cmere sono spaziose e pulite, molto bella la terrazzina che dà verso il mare. La colazione viene fornita al sacco (quindi solo robe fredde e confezionate) e si fa in camera. Nel complesso una buona scelta”
