“Der Abfluss der Dusche stinkt. Da hilft auch kein Raumspray. Wir haben eine nasse Klarsichtfolie darübergelegt und noch ein Handtuch. So haben wir den Geruch in den Griff bekommen, wenn man die Dusche nicht gerade benutzt. Die Vorgänge sind verschlissen und die Fenster undicht. Küchenausstattung adäquat, aber man sollte wirklich alles mitnehmen z.B. Spüllappen, Brotmesser bzw. scharfes Messer. Bettwäsche ist da, Handtücher nicht. Fragen vorher an die Vermieterin zu stellen, ist sinnlos. Check in...

“Nice apartment. Easy skiing in/out and close to centre for shops ski school etc. accommodation being a double and 2 bunks just about ok for 3 adults and 2 children. ”

“The apartment was really lovely, with good space and amazing views. Check in was difficult. We couldn't get the keys until 4pm, despite notifying of our early arrival on multiple occasions, and going to the office when we did arrive at 10am. The apartment was clearly empty and cleaned by early afternoon, but they didn't make any effort to help. Also, they forgot the bed linen, towels and spare keys. “Fantastic modern apartment in the centre of Le Lac, supermarket across the road, one minute to the lifts. Well equipped, great communication from the agent.Bunk room only really suitable for under 13s.”

“I'll start with the positives. The location is excellent with a very short walk to the nearest ski lift, and the shower was very good - consistent and powerful. The apartment is very small, but we knew that when booking. Now the not so positive - there was some of the linen pack missing when we first arrived, and I was little miffed that this had to be paid seperately - an extra €84. The mattress on the single bed was absolutely worn out and I could feel the wooden slats from the bed digging...

“Overall it was a nice stay. Very close to the ski slopes and lifts. Bars, restos, and shops.If there is anything to say to improve, maybe the bathroom might need some refreshment.Otherwise, all the equipment is in good shape and mostly good marks.
