“First time traveler to Guana Cay and everything was perfect! The owner was great communicating the location and assisting me in retaining a cab driver in Marsh. Location of this home is walking distance to everything you may need, bars, restaurants, shops, public dock, etc. I did not rent a golf cart but if you want to explore more of the island, I'd suggest calling ahead to reserve. (Guana Dive located near the home rents golf carts.) Overall, the place was perfect and would highly recommend...

“1st off we were switched to another condo without being told. I contacted them a day ahead & had no response. Upon arrival we couldn't get in. Finally a text came saying welcome..were in #24 now. They claimed they told me. Door was hard to open & close. Sliding door is very difficult to open. There isn't a handle outside either making it even more impossible when you're outside. Inside handle was broken too. Also the screws for shutters are left in the wall causing my guest visiting to cut...

“Was great”

“Beautiful house that has been recently renovated. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. Some of the renovation were not quite finished, like cabinet knobs, and new appliances. The owner was super helpful. The view, the dock and overall property was magnificent.”

"Super nice hotel located in a beautiful beach and marina. The Bistrot restaurant is a 10/10 while the Terrance is a 6/10. They should improve taste and how they cook. Clean and super nice and helpful staff. "
