“Wunderschöne Lage, Ruhe, viel Grün. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und sauber und der Garten schön gepflegt. Was uns gestört hat, war das kleine und unattraktive Bad. Das Duschen in der Badewanne war wirklich nicht einfach. Es war sehr eng und der Duschvorhang klebte ständig am Körper. Auch die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche und beim Waschbecken war nicht leicht zu regulieren. Für diesen Preis haben wir ein solches Bad nicht erwartet. “We had a wonderful week at Abbeyview House. It’s got a great location and vantage point, lovely gardens and probably one of the best equipped and amazingly refurbished homes we have stayed at. The rooms are way larger than what you see in the pictures and very well appointed. The kitchen is the absolute highlight of the house. Ted was the perfect host - very prompt and helpful. “Staff was very friendly and accomodating, which is the most important point for me. Bonus points for the gym. There is a kitchen available to make meals and watch TV. I liked the location as well - calm, quiet and with public transport nearby. ”
