“Not at all good experience. Had to wait a long to get the room key, inspite of showing them the hotel.com confirmation. In fact, I called the reception about our journey one and half hour before reaching the hotel. Room service was literally nill. Food was found to be costly than any surrounding restaurants. I don't know whether online booking is not a pleasant route for the hotel management !!!”
