"The best things og this hotel is the reception Karen the asian concierge and Sharon the Italian were amazing. Plus 👍 of this Hotel : _Breakfast mixed good quality loved the crepes _Reception they are friendly and helpful Minus 👎 _ The rooms are not very clean I found hair on the table _no windows its impossible to have fresh clean hair from outside and you can feel that the room doesn't have a great smell. _ Hotel is bit too dark black and red are not my favorites colors . ☝️ The location is not that bad you have a beautiful, stunning view of the harbor, if you like to walk and you want to discover how it feels to be a local its a good choice, the ferry is in front of the hotel and its free . Public transportation and trams are amazing in Gothenburg, they run all day. If you don't wanna spend time on busses then change hotel ."
