I only stayed briefly, but the front desk staff helped me with getting my bags to my room, making sure everything was sorted for my stay, answered the questions that I had regarding an early morning check out, and I think that it was all a great experience overall! I would gladly stay there again to have a nice home-like stay in Hamamatsucho.”

“Good: It’s on the great location, just cross from the tokyo station. it’s very new and it was nice to have a washer/drier in the room. Bad: the sliding door for the bathroom is quite loose so it doesn’t quite close.”

“Ottimo appartamento completamente allestito con cucina. Comprensivo di elettrodomestici (fornetto, forno microonde, lavatrice/asciugatrice, scopa elettrica, TV, purificatore d'aria, macchinetta caffè espresso...). Ottima la posizione per prendere i mezzi che sono nelle vicinanze. Una sola fermata di treno dalla stazione centrale di Tokyo. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole una buona base di appoggio per visitare la città. Da non dimenticare gentilezza e accoglienza del personale.”
