“Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful...

“Loved everything about the place. Clean, well-appointed, very spacious for Tokyo, friendly staff, a good location (intentionally booked away from over-crowded tourist area yet convent - perfect for us).”

“Room was fine. We had difficulty filling in the online checkin at reception on our cellphones and the staff kept persisting that we had to complete it rather than just checking us in which would have been much quicker. Seems ridiculous that you need to fill in all the same details that are completed when you book the room on expedia. We stayed in numerous hotels during our trip to Japan and we found the cell phone check in ridiculous and so time consuming considering.”

“Very convenient location for Tsukiji market shopping and dining. Room was small, but efficiently arranged. Great to have laundry in room. Check in was very quick but pre check in process was very time consuming because of the ridiculous way of entering dates using calendars rather than entertaining year, month, and day separately. Staff was fantastic, holding our bags after early arrival and placing bags in room after check in time. Highly recommend this property.”

“A great accommodation option, if you like to have the option of cooking breakfast or dinner, and eat at home on a dining table. Washing machine in the room is so convenient, and the bedding and bed is really comfortable. Great size for Tokyo, super clean, and easy because it’s a small property. Lovely staff, great location way to get to Tokyo station, ginza or Disney, or team lab!”

“An amazing hidden gem among hotels. I’ve traveled with my spouse enough to know what she likes and values at our stays. She loves having at least a small kitchen to cut fruit she finds at markets. She also loves having a washer and dryer to do laundry. Both a kitchenette and washer/dryer are very difficult to find in Japan, even at expensive hotels. So Section L was perfect for us since it provided both of these amenities as well as the convenience of being right next to a train stop and the...
