“Great location - walking distance to the hub of Shinjuku. We did find the building noisy in terms of people above walking around their apartment. We have stayed as Illi TAS previously and preferred that room/layout.”

“impeccable front desk service, room cleaning is excellent, and the kitchenette with the larger fridge and separate freezer is super convenient. beds were a litter firmer than I prefer, shampoo/body soap was a bit lacking, and laundry works fine, but takes forever (although to be expected with smaller combined washer/dryers of that type). This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area.”

“I really liked having washer and dryer right in the room. The room was a little small for a family of 4 with teenagers but we made it work. Property fairly new and very clean. Location was a bit in the middle of nowhere. But, if you like the suburban feel, this is the best location. Most restaurants around it closed at 8pm which was a bit too early after a full day of exploring.”

“Messaged the hotel via Expedia three separate times. Responses were always given within 3 hours. Stayed for 11 nights. Two adults and two children fit comfortably in the room. Shoe shelf/ complimentary slippers and a full length mirror on the left. Beside is the bathroom which contained a sink and mirror, toilet/bidet with an attached sink to reuse handwashing water and a separate soaking tub/shower room. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap provided. On the right is a small capacity single...

“Lovely and very clean property a little away from the crowds. Close enough to the trains to get around and only about 1/2 hour away from many of the sights and popular places. Very close to Akihabara so an ideal spot for anime and tech buffs. Has a very clean public bath and sauna, perfect after doing an average of 20,000 steps a day exploring Tokyo. Great way to unwind. Would be happy to stay here again or another Grand Monday property when we head to Japan again next time.”

“Great location, just one quick subway stop from Roppongi and 5 stops from Shinkuku. If you want department stores and other tourist-oriented venues, they're not right at your doorsteps here. It's just a few minutes walk to the Azabu Juban Station. From there, Tokyo is your oyster.”
