“The property is very secluded but perfect for a family get away! The outdoor fire pit was a hit! We sat outside each evening. The property is only 1/2 hour from Cooperstown and this vacation rental was perfect for a visit to Cooperstown! Kitchen was well stocked but didn’t have many forks. Beds were very comfortable! Overall, Great weekend getaway!”

“Close to All Star Village. Very clean and well stocked with essentials for stay. Quick response and very kind to communicate with. House is a little odd in layout, but it was workable for us and served the purpose. I will say if my older parents had went they would not have been able to do the stairs for second floor, but main floor had everything they would have needed.”

“This house was perfect for a group of three adults and two kids. It was 10 minutes from the player’s village and close to shopping and restaurants. The house is a bit dated but it was very clean and comfortable. Easy communication with the owner. We would definitely stay in this house again.”

“My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!”

“Outstanding giant cabin, perfect for a large group. Plenty of sleeping rooms, relaxing and common areas, outdoor space. All the amenities that were supposed to work, did. Pretty much anything you could possibly want, was somewhere in the house. The decor was eclectic, hunter, traveller, collector. I picked my room based on a little statue in it. Nice touch faux-family pics. We had a great trip, and would absolutely recommend the property, and go back. ”

“Place is just wonderful. Rustic and cozy. Pups loved it. There was nothing missing to make the place feel like home. For walkers the home is right next to a dirt State Forestry Road. It is drivable as we used it to cut across to the neighboring town (grew up here and know the area well) and the Finger Lakes Trails. Far enough away to be alone but close to creature comforts. ”
