The terrace offers a magnificent view of the stretch of coast between the marina of Bosa and the tower of Columbargia. Perfect for those who want to always enjoy the view of the sea and a beautiful sunset. The house, renovated inside, is surrounded by a garden, with a barbecue area and an outdoor shower.

The space
Characteristic of the house is the terrace that offers a splendid view of the sea and the sunsets, a show that is renewed every evening. Guests can sunbathe, have breakfast or dinner in absolute tranquility and privacy. It consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV. It is suitable for all those who love the sea, excursions to the many beaches and coves nearby, but also the art and the pleasure of visiting villages and tourist resorts nearby, such as Bosa and Alghero or the area of Sinis and Oristano to a 'hour away by car.

Guest access
Guests can also access part of the garden, the outdoor shower and the private staircase that leads to the beach in a few minutes. The house is also equipped with internal parking that is shared with the owners.

Porto Alabe is a 10-minute drive from Bosa and a 40-minute drive from Alghero. Therefore, if you arrive in Sardinia by plane, I recommend renting a car, which is essential to reach the house and for any trip within Sardinia.
Appartamento di una villa fronte mare con discesa privata alla spiaggia, cui si arriva in 5 minuti a piedi. La terrazza offre una vista magnifica sul tratto di costa compreso tra la marina di Bosa e la torre di Columbargia. Perfetto per chi desidera godere sempre della vista del mare e di uno splendido tramonto. La casa, ristrutturata all'interno, è circondata da un giardino, con zona barbecue e doccia esterna.

L'alloggio
Caratteristica della casa è la terrazza che offre una splendida vista sul mare e sui tramonti, spettacolo che si rinnova ogni sera. Gli ospiti possono prendere il sole, fare colazione o cenare in assoluta tranquillità e privacy. È composto da quattro camere da letto, due bagni, cucina abitabile, zona pranzo e salotto con TV. È adatto a tutti coloro che amano il mare, le escursioni nelle numerose spiagge e calette vicine, ma anche l'arte e il piacere di visitare borghi e località turistiche nelle vicinanze, come Bosa e Alghero o la zona del Sinis e di Oristano a un'ora di distanza in auto.

Accesso per gli ospiti Possono inoltre accedere a parte del giardino, alla doccia esterna e alla scalinata privata che in pochi minuti porta alla spiaggia. La casa è anche dotata di parcheggio interno che viene condiviso con i proprietari.

Porto Alabe si trova a 10 minuti in auto da Bosa e a 40 minuti in auto da Alghero. Consiglio quindi, qualora arriviate in Sardegna con l'aereo, di noleggiare un'auto, indispensabile per raggiungere la casa e per qualsiasi gita all'interno della Sardegna.
