“Great property ”

“Lovely house, garden and locality. Access to the beach was easier to walk to the end of the road and down the hill. Split your recycling and put in bags, saves the rubbish collectors opening all your bags to separate it!! The house is nice, plenty of room to have your own space. (There was 10 of us and a dog). It’s well equipped for cooking, condiments, washing up liquid, tea towels etc. The house could do with a bit of TLC as could the decking area, (fence and some of the chairs). Garden...
