“The resort is outstanding, well maintened and well located. I've loved the room, but the bathroom smelled so bad. I've noticed the reception, but they would not change the room. That's the only thing i have to complain. The food wasn't good in the italian (not italian) restaurant and in the asiatic. I've loved the cafes and the buffet, i strongly suggest both. The price-quality is perfect”

“We had an amazing stay at the Conrad. Well designed modern hotel. White sands and crystal clear waters. Good selection of pools. Varied dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both the Japanese and Mexican restaurants were superb. A 15% service charge is included on all food and drink although generally this is included in the stated price. Service was outstanding. “On September I travel to Morelia to a boutique hotel and I love it and I was thinking that it’s going to be similar but not at all there’s no privacy at the bathroom no doors the tv it’s only decoration they don’t provide any chanel yes they provide breakfast but they give you a toast bread that I don’t know when they toasted horrible . I don’t think I’m going to stay again”
