“At the point waterfront apartment I enjoyed my stay as well as their views, the cleaning team cleaned thoroughly though they came late most the time(afternoon). They have friendly staff. They had safety measure for their guest whereby after 5 no one is allowed to come in nor come out , what I did not like though was the pool it was not cleaned often it was dirty. It's a convenient place as shops are close by”

“Very noisy throughout our stay. Doors banging , furniture moving around in units above , people speaking loudly made it difficult to fall asleep , running up and down the stairs. Unit was clean and spacious but the bed linen needs to be replaced..very old. Hats off to the staff member who checked our unit on departure...I left behind a few pieces of jewelry and she was honest enough to hand it over to me. Scenery excellent. ”

“The staff at the reception who welcomed myself and kids are wonderful it only took me less than 5 minutes to check in, the place is Covid complying, tehy check quests temperature on arrival and when you in and out the hotel, and sanitization, there's always security at the hotel that's visible. The place is clean, rooms are being cleaned daily, bed sheets are changed, 👌. ”

“La camera era pulita e il servizio di pulizia ha sostituito, anche se non era il caso, asciugamani, sapone, sali da bagno (sì, sali da bagno) tutte le mattine. L'albergo è molto comodo (peccato però per la mancanza di wifi gratuito) anche se non ha un suo parcheggio (dovrete sceglierne uno a pagamento - quello vicino al royal hotel va benissimo e non costa caro) perché si trova in centro davanti alla town hall. Sinceramente mi sento di consigliarlo, 500 zar a notte per una doppia sono più che...

“The hosts were excellent. The only issue was the entry card and codes didn’t work consistently. Apartment is on 3rd floor. Didn’t like that but it was ok. Place was beautiful and very classy.”
