Hotel a Uplands

“Was aprehensive as very cheap,but was pleasantly surprised. Great accommodation, very clean. The staff were so lovely especially the guy in the bar who couldnt do enough for us. Then the ladies on reception were so helpful when we left some items behind. Cannot recommend the hotel enough. Will definitely stay here next time we are visiting the area ”

“Staff very friendly and helpful, the room was in poor repair without a main light and the extra bed was broken.We are non smokers and they gave us a smoking room that stank of cigarettes smoke.”

“Everything was fantastic. Conveniently distanced a small walk away from the central bus station, city centre and marina with great view of the beach all the way to Mumbles, even with the wet weather for April. Paul was a great host who made us feel instantly welcome. Cafe/restaurant area is fully licensed and sells locally brewed beers which is always nice. Freshly prepared, reasonably priced food too! We’re already looking at return dates in the summer ”

“Tony runs the place and was very welcoming. It is a lovely property in a wonderful setting with plenty of parking for guests. I had a really nice room with a great shower and very comfy bed. The place is very near to some good dining options for the evening. Cooked breakfast was ok but overall a very pleasant stay which I would use again for sure.”
