“The hotel waa great, parking a little tight, but manageable, room was warm, clean and comfy, great access to the shops, with a 5 minute walk, staff were amazing to top it all off, parking is free if book with the hotel, if not you need to pay. ”

“The real problem is that the spa is not working and that’s the reason why I stayed in the hotel. I should have been notified same way I got a message about how busy is the restaurant and that needs to be booked beforehand. ”

“Hotel was a great location, clean and warm and all the staff bar our initial welcome by a receptionist was first class ( we did not see that receptionist again - cold, abrupt and not bothered) but everyone else was amazing. The peacock bar was lovely and a nice twist on major cocktails with a Yorkshire twist and the breakfast was so nice, great staff and freshly cooked food nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend. ”

“On arrival the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, the room was spotless and better than advertised the minimal shop downstairs was more than adequate the only criticism is the parking situation but you are made aware well in advance overall a fantastic stay and would recommend.”
