Hotel a Urbana

“The pool was not in service. The breakfast floor was sticky to walk on. There were only two towels in a two queen bed room. The noise level was pretty extreme all around the first floor till about 1am. The coffee area in the lobby was scarce in supplies and the water was tepid. There was one gentleman checking 5 guests in which took some time. There is only milk in the am to use as creamer for coffee in the breakfast area. “Dated facility. Terrible hvac (has a mind of its own). Matresses need to replaced asap. Shuttle is great, staffing was nice. A full time job to get to your room.”

“We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and courteous and very helpful when needed. It’s true that the Wi-Fi didn’t work on the guest computer, but that’s OK. in general, I would definitely consider visiting again and recommend others.”

“We had the 2 bedroom suite downstairs. Very quiet and comfortable. Perfect for sleeping. Dark and cool. Very clean. Breakfast was nothing the brag about. Store bought danish/mini muffins/bagels/english muffin. Choice of eggs. Didnt see a meat or potato choice. Just eggs cooked your way or Western omlet. First day there was no bread for toasting. The environment, presentation and superior taste of food made for a memorable evening. They treated us with a glass of complimentary champagne to celebrate our night and we never felt rushed to leave that evening. It was a special night and our stay at hotel was superb - rooms were immaculate and comfortable- hotel grounds were lovely to relax.”
