“be vary cautious when staying at this hotel. we booked a room with two double beds and after arriving to the room, as the blanket was pulled back we noticed an actual bedbug. this is a serious cleanliness issue for us so we went to the front desk to request either a refund or to be moved to another room since it was 2am and finding another place to stay was not possible at the time. the night shift clerk was extremely rude and kept telling my friend to be quiet and that she would not talk to her...

“Horrible place DO NOT STAY THERE We got there and there were dogs everywhere some of them looked aggressive front desk guy couldn’t find our reservation we contacted Expedia they took care of it we go back to the front desk a young guy that didn’t know anything told us there were no rooms that eventough it showed online they had rooms available in reality they didn’t. “Checking in. I knew I screwed up staying there. Smelled like vomit. The person at front desk could not put his phone down, talking to his self and ignoring us. I had to get mad to get checked in and get our room keys after being on road all day. What breakfast? White bread? Cold coffee from the day before. 6am, 1 yogurt in cooler no fruit for guest. Room was clean, but smelled like strong bleach. Hallways nasty the whole time I was there never vacuumed. Side door open 24/7 no security...
