The windows in the great room were so nice overlooking a walking trail and likely a golf course is under all the snow! Very well stocked home. Lovely fireplace. Convenient to stores and freeway. Home is well maintained and the property manager is very responsive. ”

There was plenty of room for our dogs, extended family and friends. The hottub was an extra bonus. “Great stay! Superior customer service! ”

“It started with our check in code not working. We were able to call to get a new code and the person we talked to was very friendly and helpful. When we entered the property it smelled like a wet dog on the first floor. The second floor smelled like someone had been deep frying food just an hour before. There was food and liquid stains on the walls. There was an old Gatorade bottle tucked under one of the bunk beds with old fluid in it. There were finger prints all over the sliding glass door....

“The pictures of the property do not do it justice. This is a stunning property. It is beautiful, well equipped and cozy with plenty of space to spread out. The location is great. You can go to Vail or head over to Beavercreek. My family and I had one of the best vacations we have ever had!”

“There was some major areas that had not been dusted or cleaned in quite some time (i.e., the built-in buffet in the dining area and the fireplace hearth). The sheets were a problem in two of the five bedrooms in that they caused severe itching and rashes. We ended up buying blankets to use instead of sheets. The property manager was easy to get hold of and was responsive. Using the grill set off the fire alarm and the fire truck came. The next day our neighbors set off their alarm which...

“Great location in the heart of Avon. Large place, great deck and hot tub. Fairly outdated (think carpet in the bathrooms), stains on couches and mattresses. 3rd bedroom did NOT have a 3rd twin mattress or bed which messed up our sleeping arrangements. Big kitchen/island for prepping meals, fridge wasnt very cold, even at its highest level. Wifi was very spotty the entire trip. Overall- decent for price due to location, but with minimal effort if could be way better.”
