“Amazing hotel. Renovated modern within the old building. Sitting on the castle grounds but hot within the castle walls. Easy access to the city center and the castle itself, which is amazing. For those who want to explore the surroundings, Weilburg and its castle is close by, the Kubacher Tropfsteinhoehle is a great attraction during the summer and all is close from this hotel. I am looking forward to coming back here. I have family in Braunfels and used to stay there but this is a great...

“New hotel, room good size for 3, nice balcony. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Need a car to move into town centre as near hotel only McDonalds for dinner. Had some minor reports about cleaning service in the room and the lady at reception was very kind and helpful. At the end she even gave a small present as an excuse. Free in house parking. Breakfast basic but good enough. Will be back when in the area”

“Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten definitiv schon hinter sich. Das hatte ich von den Fotos nicht erwartet. Die Zimmer sind an sich völlig in Ordnung (obwohl auch etwas teuer für das was es ist), allerdings ist der beige Teppichboden etwas eklig. Das Frühstück war ok, aber es gibt z.B. nur Filterkaffee. Der Service war sehr nett. Dass es mit der Rechnung in einem Hotel nie auf Anhieb klappt, ist leider Standard.”
