“Inizialmente mi avevano dato una camera rumorosa (due enormi condizionatori fuori dalla camera), dopo aver reclamato mi hanno spostato in una camera più silenziosa. La sera ho chiesto di riscaldarmi il latte del biberon di mia figlia e l'unico modo è stato di inviarmi il micro onde in camera dopo oltre 45 minuti (non vi dico le urla di mia figlia).
