“Overall the stay was good only issue was trying to check in. One of the front desk worker was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. I provided first name last name and confirmation number and she couldn’t find it and insisted we did have a reservation. It wasn’t until another worked got freed up and came over and helped and was able to find the reservation quick.”

“Wonderful team at check-in, gracious and very informative. Room was new-ish and the large TV was wonderful. Carpet seemed a bit off, and the hallways should have been vacuumed each day. “The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. And I have bad back problems so that's very important to me. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel is right in the heart of the shopping area as well as the restaurants. It's also close to the amusement park. I'm sure we'll stay there again.”
