“Front desk staff was very friendly. We received a free upgrade without asking, and our room was ready for check in 2 hours early. The hotel is in a great location; only a 5-10 minute walk to the main harbour area. The hallways and, our room, were a bit outdated and need some TLC (not quite as good as they show in the pictures online). A table, or something similar, should be added up in the loft (where the bed is) to put your suitcase on. In our room we only had the bed to put the suitcase on,...

“I have stayed there before. Despite the properties financial issues, this is still a spacious and wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended.”

“We really enjoyed her stay here. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They were sure to inform us that our girls could feed the koi fish at certain hours, which I thought was really thoughtful. My twins did in fact feed the koi fish and really enjoyed it. The grounds were kept immaculate and the room was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it's also walking distance to a lot of downtown”

“The staff are all friendly and accomodating, from the front desk, maintenance to the lady that arranges free breakfast. Although we did not use the complementary use of electric bike that is a plus for Robinhood. They also give complementary use of the shuttle but they did not give us the favor because of time constraint. ”
