“We were booked for the side wing of motel-like rooms and there was an immediate smell of mold in the room. I am allergic to mold. Because we were only staying one night, we were moved to the main building. That room was lovely! Two beds. Spacious room. And a fireplace! Def book the main building! ”

“My wife and I selected Palmer House based on the photos on VRBO. Upon driving the property towards our room we suddenly realized things looked different. Upon entering the room we noticed a distinct smell. The bathroom shown online looks very nice and updated with a beautiful shower, white cabinets and looked very modern. Ours was nothing like that.
