“The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. The room was very clean, wifi worked great, and was very comfortable. there was a water kettle in room; AC/Heat; very clean bathroom; beautiful skylights and very comfortable bed. “Belle renovation,quelques defauts d entretien (stores,joints de douche,manque de prises electriques,etc...)accueil par 2 digicodes,chere pour ce type de logement,la prochaine fois je retourne à l hotel meilleur rapport qualité prix .Tout Orsay est payant en stationnement donc pas de possibilité d y echapper.Le propriétaire propose une place payante dans une residence proximité. ”

Une amélioration est à prévoir au niveau de l'insonorisation des portes des chambres (voisins bruyants), ainsi que de l'aspect d'économie d'énergie (porte d'entrée du bâtiment ouverte en permanence malgré le froid).
