“Freezing temperatures last night, much too cold to be outside. Would not transfer to a heated room without charging another room rate and there were available rooms! Very bad experience. Planned to book a group event in future but will not now.”

“We stayed two nights here. The house is super clean and has everything you need. The check in was easy, and the home was convenient for visiting bourbon distilleries. The street/neighborhood is less than desirable for my taste. But that might just be par for the town. ”

This home is well appointed and very comfortable. Can’t say enough about Kitty and Alison. So welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond to messages. Also, who doesn’t love to be surrounded by horses. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. We were allowed our 2 family dogs and the quietness was wonderful. The hosts were very accommodating and were very considerate. It snowed our last night there and they contacted us to let us know there was no hurry to check out if we were concerned about the roads. The cabin is so historic, which I truly enjoy. The cabin is located near several of the distilleries we were visiting. It is well stocked! The internet was very iffy but it gave us some great family...

“What a great find! We loved our stay. The cabin was exceptionally clean (you can't tell they allow dogs) and in a serene area. We loved having the pond (and floating living room!) and caught some fish. My son enjoyed playing football and running around all the grassy areas and using the firepit for s'mores. We even ventured through the small woods to the shores of the Kentucky River which is just behind the pond. The pictures don't do this cabin justice. It's about a 25-minute drive to downtown...

“Great location in beautiful horse country. House was clean and well appointed with towels/cookware etc. Orchard was closed for season, which we didn't realize until after we arrived which was disappointing. Sent a couple questions to host and did not receive response. One ? was if there was a bbq grill on site. We brought our camp grill but there was one in the garage.”
