“We gor the "penthouse" top floor suite over looking the cathedral which was fantastic but woken up at 5am from the long loud ringing. The hotel seems to have changed names recently and a few service issues such as no bin in bedroom, or soap in bathroom. The hotel fixed these and other issues and gave a present and apologised upon departure. We were in 2 different hotels in Hanoi and this one is in a back alley with other hotels and geat location close to lake , old quarter, french quarter, but...

“The photos on the web do not reflect the real status of the hotel, that seems almost abandoned. We also had to ask for soap and towels (because the one in the room was wet...) and they gave us one old wirh a big hole.”
