Just a note that even though I called to confirm beforehand the downstairs couch is not a sleeper sofa so there are only 3 true beds which includes the upstairs sleeper sofa. Also the kitchen sink water does not get hot but with a dishwasher it’s not too much of a big deal. : ) ”

“Overall a nice cabin, but a few disappointments. Was expecting a propane grill, what was provided was an extremely small charcoal grill. Porch covered with bird droppings, and no place to hang clothing inside cabin and very limited shelf space in bathroom. Upside, very clean and organized inside, large yard, nice and peaceful, would rent again, but would bring a tailgate grill to cook outside.”

“We had a lovely Thanksgiving at the Hobbit House! Nina was very helpful ahead of our visit and even sent me photos of the pots and pans to make sure we had what we needed to cook everything. The kids loved the trails and the hunt for the rings. They have put thought into all the little things such as labeling light switches, a QR code by the fire pit to assist with building a fire and labeling hot tub buttons so you don't accidentally press the wrong one. “My fiancé and I absolutely loved it here! We have decided that we will be coming back sometime next year. There was so much to do and everything was close by. But our little tree house was still secluded, which is what we wanted. ”

“Overall, the cabin is just a 10, just as described. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The grounds were well kept and everything was in good working order.
