“Rooms are decent & nice! Food is average, nothing amazing but nothing bad either. Staff are great. However in our room we had no power nearly our entire stay - we did have AC & fan power which was good….but we were unable to charge our devices in our room & also no power in the bathroom which are all outdoors so we had to have showers and toilet trips in the dark.. we talked to the staff multiple times about the issue and it was fixed once and stayed on for about 3 hours and then never again. we...

“Pet dogs sitting on same sofas as guests. They do leave behind ticks and hair which gives bites from ticks and allergic skin reactions which gives guests itchy feelings and hives swellings on arms and feet. Not pleasant experiencs when on holidays at the resort. Stony walkways to rooms is not comfortable for some guests. You need to employ more men to make luggage handling easier for workers at the resort.”
