“Expedia is the issue. Cost me a ton of money as service back to airport didn’t come on the right day because Expedia is incompetent. Called 4 times to get it right and still wrong. Never book a package deal with Expedia. They can not handle any issue correctly. I am done with them for life”

“We had a constant stream of problems during our stay with the Double Tree. The room was not as nice as we expected the curtains had holes from moths and some of the lights were burned out in the main room so it felt like a dark cave. We found a dead cockroach in the main room on the first night that was not cleaned up for 2 days. A second roach showed up in the bathroom the very next day too. The shower was fantastic and lived up to the pictures. Shower towels were the most frequent issue....
