Use of an umbrella, small cooler, and beach chairs was nice and a games selection was a plus. Some small things missing that make a big difference (that other properties provided) was a proper amount of toilet paper according to your stay length, no Kleenex, some hand soap, enough garbage bags, a selection of oil and seasonings that would be left...

“Our stay was lovely for a family of 4. The location is fantastic and the sunset views were amazing. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great, but the breeze from patio to the front door was the best! The condo was clean when we arrived; however, we didn’t have access to a broom or cleaning spray-to keep it as clean as I prefer. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Close to the pool. Just know that there is no elevator. You walk up a flight of stairs. Refrigerator is small, no ice. But you can easily get ice from local stores. Perfect for a couple. Enjoy!”

“Extremely disappointed in this property. There were roaches, ants and silverfish. We found bugs in the bed and it appeared the sheets had not been changed. The unit was dirty and in need of a deep clean. The location of the unit faces the parking garage and is right next to the office and a loading zone.
