“Spent 11 Nights in Feb 2025. 3 groups of families visiting from Canada. The bedrooms are huge and kitchen facilities are more than adequate. Very clean and safe. Reception was always willing to accommodate and were very friendly. We had a rental van but Avondale railway station is just steps away. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Very disappointed! No contact was made from property with any check in information! I had to call and they said there had been triple booking and weren't sure what there next move was! An hour later they called back to say it had been sorted and they would send through check in details, waited another hour before getting in contact with then again to see why they hadn't sent through, still no replies until 11pm after we had already had to make other arrangements for the night! Very big let down...
