No staff were available onsite anytime during my one-night stay. The property was just weird, lots of amateur construction and neglect. No food was readily available in the area. “The location is excellent & it was super quiet! The AC is a wall unit so it is also super quiet! The bed was comfy & for a no frills motel & the least expensive in Grand Rapids, I would stay there again for sure. They do accept dogs for an extra $25. Mohamed has an ice maker in the lobby & the refrigerator gets super cold.”

“Clean room, comfy bed. Staff very nice and helpful. Just be aware no elevator if u have difficulty w steps. Bfast was good with nice variety You could hear people running thru hallway til almost midnight”
