“Met the need for a family Christmas gathering!Overall a very spacious with more than ample room for 9 people. The kitchen was well appointed and met every need we had. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out in the basement and take advantage of bumper pool and video game. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water tank held out!! Overall would recommend John’s place again, and would be looking to check availability when the biggest amenity, the lake can be utilized.”

“I stayed at this property for a previous work engagement & it was so nice, clean, & close to where I was working I was more than eased to be able to stay there a 2nd time. Owner is great, & property is really clean & nice, qould stay here again if back in area.”

“We loved this property! We appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable beds, yard and little things like having extra supplies (garbage bags, fire pit already set up for a fire). This location was close (25 min) to the Covelli Center. Since we didnt have to stay in a hotel, we were able to spend time outside at the fire pit, toss baseball in the nice yard and sleep in our own rooms. If we ever need to come to this area again we will definitely stay here. .”

“Cute house. Seems recently remodeled. Clean. Plenty of soaps in bathroom, kitchen, and laundry. Plenty of dishes. Information about how to work things was not available when we first arrived and we ran into a glitch. However, host was very easy to reach, understanding, and took extra effort to correct things. ”

“This is a nice, little house at a great price about 10 min North of downtown Ravenna. The house has lots of character as it's old, but well maintained. There's one bedroom on the first floor (bed is very soft and lighting is a little dark) and a bedroom and office with a futon on the second floor. The stairs to the 2nd floor are pretty steep. The bathroom has a decent amount of space with a walk-in shower (no tub) but does not have a shelf in the shower to put your toiletries on. 1 or 2 shelves...

“House is very clean with plenty of sleeping room. Nice kitchen and the yard iverlooks the lake with easy access. Fast communication and overall great experience. Looking forward to coming back soon!”
