“I booked Kurunduketiya as a birthday present for my partners 30th and some nice accommodation to finish our holiday at. However due to poor administrational errors, the resort didn’t have the correct details of our booking which we had paid for in full. It wasn’t until I reached out with questions about the booking 5 days prior that they contacted me to tell me that they had double booked and that we had to cut our stay short one night. “Boulder Garden Hotel is the most beautifull hotel I have ever been to. It is located in the middle of a forest. Except for the rooms, everything is in the outside: the restaurant is located below a huge boulder, the swimming pool is in the middle of rocks. The personel is very friendly and helpfull. The food is very good and relatively cheap (our dinner was 12 USD for two). The hotel is very small: there are only 5 or 6 rooms. So nearly all of it is there for you only. I recomend it very much. ”

“Really nice place, with very friendly staff. However, do not expect luxury. It is in the middle of the jungle and there are ants, cockroaches, gekkos etc. And the room does not have mosquito net. It did not bother me, but my girlfriend would not have been comfortable. Still, for the price, i would rate it 5 out of 5 and it worked perfect as two days accomodation for exploring sinharaja. It is directly next to the gate and have beautiful view of the forest and nice infinity swimming pool...

“I went to several places in Sri Lanka (the more expensive and the lesser) and I can honestly say I had the best time at this accommodation.
