These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival. However, please note that they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay. If you require additional supplies beyond the initial offering, we recommend local stores or delivery services for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Our guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

Explore the city with ease: the historic sights of Georgetown and the National Mall are just a bridge or a short stroll away. Dive into the nation's history, marveling at iconic monuments, then enjoy the bustling nightlife in the Courthouse area, boasting dozens of top diverse bars and restaurants. For travel convenience, the proximity to the airport is unparalleled, making arrivals and departures a breeze. Additionally, the nearby Metro station opens the gateway to explore far and wide. Our neighborhood doesn't just offer a place to stay; it's a vibrant stage for your next adventure.

Getting Around:
There is ample public transport available near this building, but we also recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around the city easily.

Other Things to Note:
The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.
The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.
Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team.

Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Please contact our team for more details.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.

For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose
By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- I acknowledge that I may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance by my rental agreement and condition of the booking.
- Date change requests that shorten or move a reservation are considered following our cancellation policy.
- A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all stays. Check-in instructions will only be sent if the deposit has been received.

Please be aware that while we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors, such as building maintenance or construction in the building or in the general vicinity. Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting us before booking if you have concerns about potential noise during your stay. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.

ENVITAE does not allow local residents to book homes for same day arrival. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.

Fantastic!
The condo is very clean and comfortable. It’s in an amazing location with Whole Foods across the street, metro access about 2 blocks away, a huge shopping mall a few blocks away, and several great coffee shops close by. My only complaints are that the keypad to enter the condo is super tricky to use.and the garage access clicker was virtually hidden and not where it was indicated that it would be. Would definitely return.

Great Stay
Great location next to restaurants, grocery, bars, etc. Easy to get in and out. Had one hiccup outside of anyone’s control and the property manager fixed ASAP!
