🏊♂️ Seasonal Pool Access – The pool is open May–September (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two registered guests; additional guests may be added for a supplementary fee.
🚿 Towels Provided, but No Washcloths – Please note that we do not provide washcloths.
🌡 Centralized HVAC System – Operates per municipal regulations:
Heating: October 15 – May 1
Air Conditioning: May 15 – October 1
Between transitions, operation is determined by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
🚗 Parking & Vehicle Responsibility –
One parking space per reservation—please park in the designated spot to avoid towing.
Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror.
Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or vehicle damage while parked on our property.
