Hotel a Waterford

“The Fairfield is by far the best place to stay in Northfield. The rooms are clean, staff amazing, breakfast is satisfying. The best feature is the underground parking. ”

“All bedding was old and stained including pillows. Mold in ceiling tile in hallway. Very half-assed maintenance “crew”. Cord for ac/heater was cut and repaired with electrical tape. I left the room a mess but does it really matter?”

“I reserved an accessible room. When I checked in I was told the room I reserved was not available. There were 6 cars in the parking lot. I was given a hearing accessible room which defeated the purpose of having a mobility room. No grab bars anywhere in the room. I may not look disabled but there is a readon I reserve one.”

“Everything was good until the last morning, a diesel truck was parked outside my room and filled it up with fumes while the truck was warming up ”

“Rooms are not as described. Someone before us dumped something nasty down the sink and nobody cleaned it up. Dirty. ”

“Laundry was 3.00 per load qash and Dry. But you had to spend 6.00 on drying if you wamted your clothes dry. Each and every employee i spoke with was very friendly and accommodating Wach went above amd beyond what they neesed to do. ”

“We arrived to find dirty dishes in the sink. I’m a chill person, so just went to the desk and asked the desk attendant to come up and get them, no problem, moving in. But then…we get to bed time. A drool stain in one of the pillows in a perfect circle and granola crumbs IN THE MADE BED! So gross. I went to the desk about this (maybe a partial refund?), but was told, sorry, there’s nothing we can do since you booked in n a third party site (Expedia). ”
