Hotel a Waterford

“My overall impression was just “meh”. There was no one monitoring the front desk. Finally saw a tiny sign that said to call 0 for help. So I did from the landline on the desk. After ringing for quite a while a man came from the back dressed like a mechanic. He had on a company shirt, but didn’t look professional and didn’t act particularly professional. No greeting. Hardly any engagement. The whole hotel desperately needs to be updated. The dishwasher was running loudly when we got to our room...

“My wife and I drove over 2 hours to stay in this 4 star hotel. We travel multiple times a year and stay at choice hotels. The gentlemen at check in was great. The lady that took over in the evening was awful. I don’t think she truly knew the meaning of hospitality. Probably not the best job choice. She threatened to kick my wife and out because we were rubbing each other’s shoulders in the hot tub (hands above water and clearly visible). “The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. Will never stay there again. Dont waste your money to be irritated. The breakfast was all microwave stuff. Tasteless”
